I had a dream last night. Mai Kuraki was in the dream, along with Yuri Nakamura from GARNET CROW. From what little I remember, they were performing in a school auditorium. After their performances, I smiled at Kuraki and she smiled back. Then I gave Nakamura a thumbs up, and she grinned and gave a thumbs up back.

Now I need to dream of Nana AZUKI. :D

I often receive friend requests on Facebook, and there are often new followers on Twitter who stop following because I don’t reciprocate. To make things easier for everyone, I am posting my Twitter/Facebook policy.

For anyone currently following or planning to follow me on Twitter, first think about why you are following. If the only reason is to increase your numbers by my return follow, then don’t. Currently, I am following over 400 people, and that makes it difficult to read all of the tweets. If you follow, and I notice we have several things in common, I will probably return follow. Sometimes when I’m about to drift into Dreamland at night, I think of story ideas. A few nights ago, I was thinking of the Apple/Lodsys situation, and thought about how things would be in an alternate universe. This is what might happen in the Kingdom of Apple:

King Steve is sitting on his throne, deciding on laws and running his kingdom. Suddenly, one of his advisors breathlessly runs in. Of course, Steve is annoyed by the distraction. “What do you want?”

The advisor catches his breath as best he can. “Sire, trolls from the island of Lodsys are harassing the people!”

“Oh? What are they doing?”

“They are demanding payment for the right to use hammers in building their houses!”

“WHAT? Those fools sold us those hammers! My people have a right to use them.”

“We told them that, but they laughed in our faces and continued to bother the people.”

King Steve was furious. “They did, did they? In that case, these trolls must be taught a lesson!”

“You don’t mean…”

The King nodded. “Yes. Release the Kraken!”

OK, not a very good story, but I do think of weird things before I sleep.

Ok, maybe not. After all, he’s a man, and I’m a woman. Did you know that 4 out of 5 straight men and 6 out of 5 lesbians believe that women are prettier than men?

Ok, I made that up. After all, most statistics you see in ads are made up anyway, right? However, it is true that women are prettier than men. Unless you prefer men, which I don’t. ha ha ha

Look down. Now back up. Look to your left. Now to your right. Now to the sky. Now do jumping jacks. Now don’t you feel silly doing everything I tell you to do? Unless, of course, you’re not doing them. If not, shame on you.

What’s the point of this post? Nothing, really. There is no point. Only Zuul. But that’s beside the point.

Since I don’t subscribe to cable, I haven’t watched much TV in quite some time. As a result, I haven’t kept up with television commercials. And because of my busy schedule for the past several months, I haven’t watched many Youtube videos unless Yumi sends one in my general direction. Even then, I’ve missed a few of those, much to her dismay. Because of this, I have discovered videos that were popular months ago. Yumi teases me about my delay in discovering the funny stuff.

It was only recently that I heard of the Old Spice Guy. Recently, he has been posting video responses to a few people who respond to him on Twitter. Some of his videos have amused me, and only recently have I discovered the commercials. So it’s only now I’m amused by the line “I’m on a horse”. So if you see me posting that phrase in various places, be patient with me. I’m sure my usage of the phrase will fade quickly, and then I’ll move on to something else most of you have discovered months ago.;)

Perhaps some day I’ll catch up with the rest of you.;)
